A realistic place to start

Running more is not the whole weight-loss strategy.

The plan brings running, strength, nutrition, recovery, and accountability together so each part supports the others instead of leaving you exhausted or under-fueled.

01

Train progressively

Build your running volume and strength gradually so the program is realistic enough to repeat.

02

Fuel consistently

Practice nutrition habits that support energy, recovery, and an appropriate calorie target.

03

Plan for real life

Use flexible weekly priorities for travel, work stress, family demands, and imperfect weeks.

Personalized every week

A sustainable system for fitness and fat loss.

01

Establish your baseline

We begin with your current activity, running ability, nutrition patterns, schedule, and previous attempts.

02

Build the smallest effective plan

Your week includes manageable training and nutrition actions that move you forward without trying to change everything overnight.

03

Use progress to guide changes

Training feedback, consistency, recovery, and results help determine when the plan should progress or simplify.

Common questions

What to know before you begin.

Can I train for a 5K and work on weight loss at the same time?

For many people, these goals can be combined when training, nutrition, and recovery are balanced appropriately. Your starting point, health, calorie needs, and training load should guide the approach.

Do I have to follow a restrictive diet?

No. Coaching focuses on practical nutrition habits, adequate fueling, protein, portions, and consistency rather than extreme restriction or labeling foods as forbidden.

What if I have started and stopped many times?

The plan is designed around manageable actions and weekly adjustments. A difficult week becomes information for the next step rather than proof that you have failed.

How much weight will I lose?

Results vary based on your starting point, consistency, nutrition, activity, sleep, health, and other factors. Coaching provides a structured process but cannot guarantee a specific amount or rate of weight loss.
